Will my insurance cover chiropractic and massage?
Many insurance plans include coverage for chiropractic and massage therapy, though benefits vary by policy. We’re happy to verify your benefits so you know exactly what your plan includes.

What is my deductible?
Your deductible is the amount you may need to pay before your insurance begins covering visits. Deductible amounts vary by plan, and we verify this information before your appointment so you know what to expect out of pocket.

What are co-pays and co-insurance?

  • Co-pay: A fixed amount you pay at the time of service, usually ranging from $5–$50.

  • Co-insurance: A percentage of the billed services that you’re responsible for, often between 10%–30%.

What insurance companies are you contracted with?

  • Dr. Fox is contracted with: Regence BCBS, HealthNet, Providence, Aetna, Moda, and Kaiser.

Do you accept auto or work-related injuries?
Yes. Dr. Fox accepts patients with motor vehicle accident or work-related injuries.
