Jo Ann Coker graduated in 2003 from the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Kailua, Hawaii.

Bringing the Aloha Spirit with her to Seattle, she creates a tranquil environment, which allows her clients to relax and release their stress.

Jo Ann specializes in headache and neck pain, chronic low back issues, stress relief, Manual Ligament Therapy (MLT) and deep tissue massage. Other modalities performed include sports massage, energy work, Chi Nei Tsang, stretching, and Healing Touch. Her massages are a mix of many different modalities and are customized specifically for each client during every visit.

Richard has been working as a massage therapist since 1979. Having worked in the hotel based massage business at the Park Hilton and Olympic Hotels as an independent contract, he is familiar with the Swedish/Relaxation approach for stress reduction.

Richard has also studied Zen-Therapy, a Rolfing based alignment series. This is similar to Hellerwork or Soma bodywork which involves structural alignment via the connective tissue of the body.

Richard has also studied the Neuromuscular approach based on the Trigger Point/Myofascial Pain work of Janet Travell MD.

For the past 6 years Richard has been taking classes at the Ursa Foundation in Edmonds. He has completed the Silver Series and is currently completing a two year program course based on an osteopathic view of the human body.

Richard's interests include Tai Chi which he has practiced for over thirty years and teaches at Seattle Central Community College.  

Richard is currently a preferred provider for Premera, Uniform, Aetna, Corvel, and Cigna.
